Hi guys.
I know I'm not one of the oldest member here,but after being there from,I think was January 2014(or maybe December 2013?),and being kicked for inactivity(and immediately joining back after returning),I think we need to get this FC back to the old glory days.

When there were FC lotteries,static for coils,training sessions and so on.
Daragon did a good job,and the dream that Denzel told me some days ago(building an FC of helpful people)seems not so hard to reach.
And as Atlein said some weeks ago,we've reached #30 of ranking chart on Ragnarok,so we're not the greatest FC,but we are one of the most active around.

So I guess we've show to the world that we could achieve anything,but we have to focus and work together to get it.

All the new guys are welcome.Feel free to ask for help,for FC people to join you in raids and stuff,Feel free to cooperate with us to bring Terra Flare were it belongs.

The peaks of Eorzea,the Elite of the FC.But always keeping in mind our goals.

To be fair, we already are an FC full of awesome and helpful people. I think our problem is communication and organisation when it comes to doing runs and things. A lot of people want to do various things but can't get parties together. We need to schedule nights for runs or training or raids, etc. Then bolt through those rankings and show Eorzea what the best damn FC in the world looks like. :D

I'm with you, we need to shout in FC. I'll make a macro. There's Loads of new faces, most of them too scared to ask for help or try and put a party together. If we can get them to sign up on here and make a post then we can help train them and get them confidence to have a voice in the FC.
We need to know who's serious about actually playing as a Free company and who's just joined cause they're bored.

Aye, I think it's important that we all get to know eachother a bit better as well. A good FC is a social experience as well as a platform to organise raids and the like.

At the end of the day, we all have lives outside of the game. Coupled with being in different time zones, it makes socialising kinda difficult for a lot of people. I was hoping that we could be a bit more active both on here and on the FC Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/terraflarefc) for that reason. The closer we are as an FC the better we will operate and the more fun we will have together. Doesn't even need to be XIV related. Could organise game nights for other games every now and then or just make a big group to chat or something. Anything to help break the ice, especially for the newer members as you say.

I wonder if we could get a link to the forum somewhere more visible to get a bit more traffic this way? Things can be a bit chaotic in-game at the best of times. Would be nice to have our own little space to chill.
