Well, she kinda already is as the only General of the Free Company :)

I have been working on something, just random stuff so any input is welcome. I'm not completely up to speed on FFARR yet so I may have left something out or made a mistake somewhere, be kind :)

I did write this before 2.2 but have only just had a chance to post.

Let me know what you think. Even if it is wrong, I think it's some kind of ground work :)

As an example, I have managed to unlock all LLD, CT, defeat Ifrit HM and my item level is i63. Allthough my item level is high enough to be promoted to Terran 3rd Class I still have yet to meet the prerequisites and compulsory objectives, hence I my rank would be Terran. In order to be promoted Terran 3rd Class I would need EGD, Garuda HM and Ifrit EX.

I have imposed item level limits as I feel these will be the minimal levels required to take on the compulsory objectives, although a damn good team and your role are also deciding factors.

I have added recommendations as a way for higher levels to not only achieve higher ranks but also help lower levels in their endeavours as a way to receive recommendations from lower levels for the help received. It may appear a little forced but I think the overall benefit will allow the guild to bond and attain some very experienced high/low level players. The additional's are not compulsory but they will help your case when applying for a promotion.

No no no! I haven't done any EX modes therefore think i would only be a member! :)

It's only a rough piece. I did state I don't know much about the game and have more than likely made a balls up somewhere, nothing is set in stone.

Where do you think Ifrit EX should go?
What do you like, what don't you like?

We will have to find a way of getting the guild to communicate more with each other but that isn't the topic, and a seperate problem so not a major issue right now. Getting some kind of foundation going is the most important thing, I think, for now.

Ifrit EX is the final Extreme Primal - you have to beat Garuda and Titan EX to even have a swing at him :) Therefore the later ranks require LESS work than this early rank!

I think it should be Ifrit HM :)
