Last night the FC conducted it's first treasure hunt. We made about 450k for the FC and had alot of fun. If you would like to take part you have to be aware that all money worth drops and gil itself goes to the FC and therefore you should only join if you agree with this. So how does it work?

Anyone who has a gatherer can get a peiste map once per day and either take part in the hunt or donate the map to one of the officers.

at 7-8pm GMT we will gather together a group of 8 people, this can be map holders or not, the more maps we have the better.

Everyone who doesn't have a map will be given an ammount of gil to buy a map from the market board, decipher it and buy a second (maps bought for 5-12k)

The minimum ammount of gil you get in a treasure hunt is 1692gil per player, this is all added up and then traded to the leader at the end from each member. each map will give a minimum of 13k gil each, the better ones drop 40k. meaning even buying the maps we are profitting.

Not only do the maps drop gil, they drop items. Items will drop to random members but if they are valuable items they will be asked for by a leader. these will then be sold on the market.

Maps also have a chance of dropping a minion worth 200-300k, this will be sold also. So as well as making gil from the base ammount of gil + high value items there is also the change to get a bonus item of the minion worth 200-300k.

Maps also drop shards which you can keep, philo's and myths.

Be signed in after 8pm GMT each night if you want to take part.. once the house has been bought the frequencies of hunts will change but we will still do them because we want to save for a large house.
